SHKAS Architectural Casting Studio — is a modern foundry established in 2012 by professionals with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We combine proven casting art traditions with advanced technologies to bring to life the most complex, ambitious, and unique projects, thus transforming ideas into objects that will last for centuries.

Our specialization includes:

Artistic Casting
Preserving the centuries-old traditions of the renowned Kasli casting, we have enriched them with modern materials and technologies. Our Architectural Casting Atelier offers a wide range of products: from monuments, memorials, and garden sculptures to refined cabinet pieces, interior décor elements, lighting fixtures, and architectural forms.
We work closely with sculptors, providing a full-cycle implementation of artistic projects, investing dedication and maintaining an individual approach to each project.
To achieve impeccable quality, we combine traditional sculpture-making techniques with advanced technologies such as 3D scanning, computer modeling, 3D printing, and CNC machining.

Technical casting
Our company specializes in the production of castings made of non-ferrous metals, gray and alloyed cast irons, carbon, alloyed, and stainless steels using the methods of casting in chemically hardening mixtures (CHM) and lost wax casting (LWC).

  1. We offer a full production cycle, including the following services:
- creation of a 3D model of the part and the future casting based on the customer's drawings;
- 3D scanning of a sample in the absence of drawings, or development of design documentation from scratch.

2. Design and production of model casting equipment using CNC machines.

3. Casting and machining:
- casting and subsequent heat treatment of the parts;
- machining using milling and turning machines, CNC machines, and versatile machines.
