Creating the sculptural composition, a 14-meter-high stele, is timed to coincide with several anniversaries: the 170th anniversary of the city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma in the Sverdlovsk Region, the 90th anniversary of Uralelectromed, and the 25th anniversary of UMMC.
The stele's design is based on dynamic movement of the pylons, which converge towards the base and are connected by a stream of molten metal poured from a casting ladle.
The monument is constructed using a sturdy steel frame covered with aluminum. The ring of the bas-relief is made of aluminum alloy, and the foundation is decorated with polished granite, giving the monument a solemn and durable appearance.
